Samanta Snider Associate Attorney

Samantha Snider

Associate Attorney

Samantha practices criminal defense and handles non-DWI misdemeanors, including possession of marijuana, unlawful carrying of a weapon, theft, and assault.

Samantha graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from West Virginia University. During her studies, she learned that our criminal justice system is not just and can often be unfair. Samantha realized she wanted to become a criminal defense attorney and went on to receive her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law.

Although originally from West Virginia, Samantha found her way to Killeen, Texas, like many others – the Army. As a military spouse, Samantha understands the hardships our servicemembers face. More importantly, she understands the added stress of a criminal charge and the negative impact a conviction can have on an individual’s career.

Samantha is licensed to practice law in both West Virginia and Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Bell County Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, West Virginia Young Lawyers Section, and Military Spouse J.D. Network. When not at work, Samantha can be found cuddling with her two rescue dogs, listening to true crime podcasts, and exploring the state of Texas.
